How to get there


By car

The national park has 25 entrances which are marked in orange on the digital map. The national park is easily accessible from the western N208 ring road and the A9. You can park your car at various locations (some of them paid parking).

Parking

The digital map also shows where you can park with blue P-icons. Almost all car parks are free of charge. Paid parking applies to the car parks 'Koevlak' (7, at the visitors centre), 'Parnassia' (20, near the beach) and Bleek en Berg (5).

The first half hour is free. The day rate is equal to the rate for 4 hours. Car park 'Parnassia' has a maximum rate of € 12 and 'Bleek en Berg' and 'Koevlak'/visitors centre a maximum of € 8 a day. You can pay with your debit or credit card.

By public transport

From both trainstation Overveen and trainstation Santpoort Noord you reach the National Park in 10 minutes by foot. Plan your train ride on www.ns.nl
 

By bike

You can rent bicycles at:

  • OV bicycles can be rented from the following stations: Haarlem, Overveen, Bloemendaal, Santpoort-Noord, Santpoort-Zuid, Driehuis and Zandvoort.
